Payment Options:

Make an online credit card payment using PayPal

Please use the ONLINE STORE option under the Payment Options Menu to make an online credit card payment. Please be sure to use the Contact Me option or communicate payment to me via phone or email to be sure payment has been appropriately proccessed. Please note that a 3.9% transaction fee will be added for credit card processing.

Make a check or money order payment

Please make checks payable to Lauren Pietrowski, CD(DONA),  Please use the Contact Me option or communicate arranagements for payment via phone call or email for mailing address.
